Kindly respect the apartment, guests are expected to leave the apartments in a reasonable state.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is a smoking area outside, at the front of the building.
Please note that the cleaner will only maintain the cleanliness of the property and will not clean excess mess or dishes.
Please kindly dispose of rubbish in the provided waste bins and leave your rinsed dishes in the dishwasher.
There will be a charge deducted from your deposit for any broken/misuse of furniture or damage to walls and an additional cleaning charge for leftover mess.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).
A photographic driver's licence/passport is required to show at check-in. Please inform City Center Financial District Three Bedroom Duplex Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

十位來自不同設計領域的女性代表包括了：SUNSET創辦人孫怡、momo’s march設計師盧南君、文華花苑總監陳妍嵐、華人時尚攝影先驅陳星伊、Alice Wang Design設計師王艾莉、美食藝術家鄭絜文、ecllective珠寶設計師周怡伶、百老匯演員及插畫家胡世恩、知名插畫家楊謹瑜以及新銳插畫家陳純虹，依各自獨特的時尚品味，詮釋女人不同的「態度」、「個性」、「創造力」。

AllSaints這次以70年代氛圍作為春夏系列的啟發，本季女裝系列著重於嬉皮浪漫的少女風格及復古運動風格兩種不同風格，雪紡、蕾絲、刺繡以及鏤空等細節襯托出青春唯美氣息，不規則剪裁收邊、運動鬆緊飾邊、流蘇及圖騰刺繡等設計則呼應70年代運動復古風潮。為歡慶微風廣場店開幕，品牌特別推出兩款微風廣場店之獨家限定款式，Prism 印花絲質洋裝以及Nima 蕾絲洋裝。
